Commercial HVAC Estimator
Location: Woburn, MA
Reports To: General Manager
Pay Range: $60,000 - $90,000 annually
Responsibilities:
Handle daily Commercial Quote requests for Rooftop Units, VRF products, HVAC systems, and their accessories.
Estimate HVAC plan and spec projects.
Work closely with inside and outside sales from various branches.
Perform Buy-outs with Manufacturers and Reps.
Actively track jobs with the customer to find awarded projects.
Support field sales on design-build and value-engineered project opportunities.
Other duties required to support the Commercial group's goals.
Qualifications:
Proficient with F.W. WEBB Accuterm
Ability to read and evaluate construction plans and schedules.
Complete accurate project takeoffs
Possess a basic understanding and technical knowledge of HVAC equipment
Attention to detail from Product takeoff to sale is a must
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to quote and manage multiple stages of projects at one time
Identify the customer from the Contractor, Engineer, FW Webb employee, and create a positive FW Webb customer service experience through all stages of the HVAC project.
Comfortable managing your time to complete all aspects of projects on timelines as requested by the customer.
