Job Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance III Technician, you will:

Ensure Comfort Year-Round - Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems across the campus.

Use Your Electrical Expertise - Perform electrical repairs and installations in accordance with safety and compliance standards.

Support Building Operations - Assist in the upkeep of mechanical systems, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs.

Work Independently & Collaboratively - Complete work orders, document repairs, and communicate effectively with the team.

Qualifications:

HVAC and electrical maintenance experience

Knowledgeable of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and repairs preferred.
