Carpenters & Assistant Carpenters needed

PAVA Construction LLC has an immediate need for 3-4 Carpenters and/or Carpenters Helpers.

Location: Morganton, NC

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: Based on experience ($18$30/hr)
Schedule: Mon-Fri. 8AM - 5PM

Experienced Carpenter Qualifications:
- Must be able to lead small projects, read plans, and handle rough framing, trim, and finish work
- Experience working on or leading a rough framing crew necessary
- Comfortable making decisions based on aesthetics
- Ability to lift 80lbs and work in the heat needed

Assistant Carpenter Qualifications:
Ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and basic tool knowledge whos ready to learn the trade
- Experience in the trades necessary
- Carpentry experience preferred
- Drywall, paint, masonry, siding experience a plus
- Ability to lift 80lbs and work in the heat needed
