Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham is recruiting Sanitation Operators for a busy warehouse in Ferndale. The perfect candidate for this position would be a team player, and someone with good attention to detail! Starting Pay: $18.75/hr.
Shift: Monday-Thursday 4:00 pm-2:00 am
Position Type: Evaluation
Location: Ferndale
What you get to do:
- Maintain log paperwork.
-Clean equipment was brought and logged into the wash bay.
-Sanitation of all equipment.
-FIFO (First in First Out) mentality for cleaning wash bay parts.
-Ability to move from one location to another, per department needs.
-Clean and sanitize common areas outside of the wash bay.
-Maintain proper use of all secondary containers and ensure it is sustained throughout the manufacturing floor.
-Backup and crossover with other areas in the Environmental Health & Safety department.
-Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
-Attention to detail, documentation-oriented processes.
-Self-starter and follow-through.
-Task-oriented.
-Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and climb a ladder and stairs.
-Mechanical aptitude.
-Able to read and understand instructions in English.
-Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds unassisted.
