Now hiring full-time Fabrication Shop Welders in Fyffe, AL!

Trillium Construction is seeking Fabrication Shop Welders to work as a team to MIG weld structural steel for buildings, equipment supports, process supports, walkways, access platforms, and other various products.

Candidates should be capable of reading shop drawings, identify structural components, work safely in a team environment, and/or have a positive attitude with a mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn. Full-time positions available. Work schedule is 10 hours per shift, 5 days a week. Some Saturday shifts are required depending on production needs. Pay is $22.50 - $25 DOE. Per diem is not offered.

Qualifications

- 1+ year of experience

- Must have dependable transportation

- Must be able to pass visual weld test

- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
