Role Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from initial planning through final closeout

• Partner with superintendents, subcontractors, clients, and design professionals

• Assist in tracking schedules, budgets, and project objectives

• Maintain project safety and quality standards at all times

• Lead meetings and ensure effective communication among all parties

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction project management or related field

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

• Collaborative mindset with problem-solving abilities

• Familiarity with construction processes, budgeting, or scheduling is an advantage but not a requirement

• Education or credentials in construction management are a plus but not essential
