We are seeking reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operators to support our warehouse and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in material handling and be certified to operate forklifts in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate sit-down forklifts and tow motors to load, unload, and transport materials across the warehouse or production floor. Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. Ensure accurate inventory movement using RF scanners and barcode systems. Stack and organize pallets and materials in designated storage areas. Assist with shipping, receiving, and staging of goods. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards. Cross-train in other warehouse functions as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 6 months to 1 year of forklift experience required. Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and safety. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP). Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.85/hr.
