About the role
The Associate Project Manager provides advanced administrative support to the project management team managing energy and sustainability projects for our financial services client. Duties include stakeholder meetings minutes, documentation preparation, issuance for commitment, financial modeling, financial reconciliations, and reporting.
This job is part of the Project Management function responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. Energy and sustainability projects consist of solar and EV charging, and other E&S construction projects for client corporate office facilities.
What you'll do
Support Project Management team to manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual commercial real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
Administrative support including data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, purchase orders, invoicing, vendor management, and reporting.
