Location: Warrington, PA
Schedule: Monday-Friday (flexible shifts: 6-3, 7-4, or 8-5)
Compensation: $33-$36/hour + Overtime (Time & a Half) + Benefits

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment to keep production running smoothly.
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
- Work with a variety of tools and systems, including electrical controls and PLCs (no full rewiring required).
- Document all maintenance activities and keep accurate records.
- Assist in installing new equipment and making improvements to the facility.
- Participate in a supportive training program and shadow experienced mechanics to get up to speed quickly.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
- Be part of an anticipated weekend on-call rotation (with stipend pay) as operations continue to grow.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
- Electrical knowledge: comfortable working safely with live currents and understanding wiring and control circuits.
- Familiarity with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and work from technical diagrams.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training is a plus.
- A motivated, dependable team player who takes pride in their work.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Experience with PLCs, building automation systems (BAS)
