Job Description

Habitat for Humani ty of Mason County is recruiting for an On-Site C onstruction Lead. This person will assist the Construction Committee in successfully building affordable housing for selected families in Mason County. This person will be the on-site technical construction expert. This position will be responsible for all aspects of building a house from foundation to occupancy according to the build plan, supervising volunteers onsite, coordinating material deliveries and inspections as required. Extensi ve hands-on experience in residential construction i s required and experience worki ng with volunteers is preferred. We are looking for a team Leader / player that support s the Mi ssion and Vision of Habitat for Human i ty. This position is full time working Monday through Friday with occasional weekends for ceremonies. Compensation range is $30-$35/hr DOE.
