Project Manager- Residential Construction

• 5+ years of experience managing custom home or residential construction projects

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, permitting, and building codes

• Proven experience managing high-end custom home builds

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in construction management software (e.g., BuilderTrend, CoConstruct, Procore)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
