Job description:

We are currently seeking solar and electrician service technicians interested in growing with a 28 Year old Company doing their own quality installations on the East Coast expanding to the West and doing. We are looking for highly experienced installation teams to join us. You will be responsible for servicing solar panel systems, battery back ups, generators and more for residential clients, ensuring all systems meet our strict safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Install solar panel systems on rooftops or ground-mounts
- Ensure all systems are safely and correctly installed according to specifications and requirements
- Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure timely completion of projects
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with installed systems

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in the field
- Knowledge of electrical and construction safety guidelines
- A strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work on ladders
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A valid driver's license to drive company vehicles

Compensation is hourly, overtime, commissions, and bonuses
