Civil Engineer Project Manager Requirements/Qualifications:

• Florida Professional Engineer license required
• 610 years of progressive civil engineering experience
• Experience in land development for commercial, industrial, municipal, and institutional projects
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and civil design tools
• Familiarity with local regulatory agency requirements and permitting processes
• Executive presence and professionalism to interface with clients
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary design team

Civil Engineer Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Produce plans, specifications, and final construction deliverables within schedule and budget
• Lead technical teams and conduct thorough quality reviews
• Mentor team members on design procedures, regulations, and engineering practices
• Ensure compliance with codes, QA/QC standards, and project specifications
