Site Supervisor/Foreman Excavation Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in excavation, site work, and utility installation
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Revu, Microsoft Office, and GPS technology
• Experience working with stormwater systems, fresh water lines, and sewer systems

Must Haves:

• Lead and motivate a crew of 310 workers on residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal projects
• Manage day-to-day field operations to keep projects on time and on budget
• Use your expertise with blueprints, GPS, and construction software to ensure accuracy and quality on-site
• Maintain safety standards while fostering team productivity and morale

Site Supervisor/Foreman Excavation Preferred Background & Skills:

• Prior experience supervising both private and public-sector projects
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to field challenges
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with project managers, inspectors, and clients
• Familiarity with local Worcester-area construction standards and practices
