ROOFING SALES PROS WANTED Big Money Opportunity Through Year End

Were hiring TWO key positions for our fast-growing roofing company:

Choose full large commissions or a hybrid base weekly pay ($700-$1000/wk depending on experience), gas allowance and commission bonus.

1 FRONT END CLOSERS
Duties:

Run company-provided leads from ads

Self-generate leads by knocking neighborhoods & networking with realtors/insurance pros

Perform roof inspections

Help homeowners file claims & sign contracts

Collect initial checks

Pay:

Full Commission plan:

$100 per signed contract

812% of revenue collected (scale based on performance)

2 PROJECT MANAGERS
Duties:

All Front End Closer duties PLUS:

Monitor supplements, production, and scheduling

Manage your own jobs from start to finish

Ensure top-quality customer care every step of the way

Pay:

Full Commission plan:

$100 per signed contract

10/50/50 profit split on all jobs (maximize your earnings per deal!)
