Lead Foreman - Fence Installers

Overview

Family owned and operated fence and gate company need more help as we are growing fast and have lots of work! We are fun, fierce and work hard. We are looking for a new foreman to lead our teams and more installers! Lots of opportunities for growth. We offer a family-like environment but do swear like sailors (it is construction you know).

We love animals (some visit the office time to time) and our fearless leader makes breakfast or gets takeout on Fridays (she misses some because it gets so busy, so we end up with lunch some random day).

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lead/Foreman or Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of fence installation, including frame carpentry and concrete finishing. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. As a Fence Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring that fences are installed correctly and efficiently, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our clients. Will train the right person!

Duties

Install various types of fencing materials, including wood, vinyl, and chain link.
Measure and mark fence lines to ensure proper alignment and spacing.
Utilize hand tools and power tools for cutting, assembling, and installing fence components.
Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks as needed for fence posts.
Conduct landscape maintenance around installation areas to ensure a clean work environment.
Collaborate with team members on construction site tasks to ensure timely project completion.
Lift heavy materials as required during installations, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
Requirements

MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND CLEAN RECORD
NO THC/MARIJUANA WE TEST, 100% DRUG FREE WORKPLACE
Clean Background Check
Proven experience in frame carpentry or related construction fields is preferred.
Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices is a plus.
Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to fence installation.
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the workday, rain or shine, all of our work is outdoors!
Experience with concrete forming and finishing techniques is advantageous.
Welding skills are a nice-to-have but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and on diverse construction sites.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.

Pay: From $21-$25.00 per hour
