Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6a-4p

Were looking for hard-working General Laborers to join a family-owned concrete precast crew that values skill, grit, and dependability. Youll be hands-on every daygreasing molds, cutting rebar, running hand and power tools, and keeping the worksite safe. Its tough, dirty work in all kinds of conditions, but if you can read a tape measure, lift 50 lbs, and show up ready to work, youll earn $20/hour and the respect of a crew that has your back.

• Steel toe boot allowance (up to $200)

Daily Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the setup and preparation of concrete forms
• Operating hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery as required
• Cutting wire, mesh, and rebar
• Following all safety precautions including wearing all PPE and maintaining a clean workspace

Qualifications:

• Ability to read a tape measure
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions and around dust and debris
• Prior experience working in construction, concrete, manufacturing, or assembly is a plus but not required
