Concrete Finisher/Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete finishing and a strong understanding of various construction techniques. The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for ensuring that concrete surfaces are finished to the highest standards, providing durability and aesthetic appeal to our projects.

Responsibilities

Prepare and set up concrete forms for pouring.
Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications.
Finish surfaces using hand tools and power tools to achieve a smooth finish.
Apply sealants, stains, or other treatments as required.
Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure project timelines are met.
Inspect finished surfaces for quality and make adjustments as necessary.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines on the job site.

Skills

Proficient in concrete finishing techniques and practices.
Knowledge of concrete pumping processes.
Experience with masonry, drywall, stucco, and plaster work is a plus.
Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction equipment and tools.
Ability to build and install various structures as needed.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour
