MIG Welder $19-$24/hr. with overtime.**
**Job Description**
+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
+ MIG Welders proficient in using .035 hard wire.
+ work with thin gauge mild steel, ranging from 1/8" to 1/2" inch, with special projects requiring up to 1" thick steel.
+ Set up and operate welding machines independently.
+ Fit-up parts using fixtures.
+ Perform clean and smooth welds without sharp edges.
+ Identify weld symbols from blueprints.
+ Maintain high-quality standards in welding.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in MIG, FCAW, and GMAW welding processes.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
+ Experience in setting up welding machines, adjusting amp and volts.
+ At least 1 year of welding experience in a manufacturing setting.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Familiarity with stainless steel welding.
+ Ability to read a tape measure.
+ Experience in production and structural welding settings.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, Texas.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
