Company Urgently Hiring Plumbing Mechanic!!**

**Job Description**

Direct the installation of plumbing and related systems, equipment, and fixtures. Responsible for planning, laying out, participating in, and supervising plumbing work on job sites and in the shop. Work assignments for maintenance and repair are received through construction software, written job requests, and emergency calls. Construction and remodeling work is reviewed for compliance with specifications and building codes, performed under general direction and supervision from leads on site.

**Responsibilities**

+ Direct and supervise plumbing work on job sites and in the shop.

+ Plan and lay out plumbing work from blueprints, rough plans, sketches, and drawings.

+ Participate in the installation of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures.

+ Analyze defects in plumbing equipment and determine necessary repairs.

+ Ensure compliance with specifications and building codes during construction and remodeling projects.

**Essential Skills**

+ Thorough knowledge of the practices, methods, materials, tools, and equipment of the plumbing trade.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Experience with plumbing installation, including cast iron and PVC materials.

+ Ability to lay out and mark plumbing systems and temporary water lines.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Cast iron experience is a significant advantage.

+ Strong analytical skills to diagnose plumbing equipment defects.

+ Experience leading a team, including running storm or sanitary systems.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
