Experienced Equipment Operator - Long-Term Position
We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated equipment operator to join our team for a long-term commitment. The ideal candidate will bring extensive operational experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a genuine care for equipment maintenance and preservation.
Key Requirements:
Valid CDL Class A license required
Proven experience operating heavy equipment with demonstrated expertise
Ability to independently manage and execute jobs without supervision
Strong budget awareness and cost management skills
Excellent leadership abilities and team collaboration
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings
Commitment to equipment care and maintenance - we need someone who will treat our machinery as if it were their own
Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented approach to work
Project planning skills
