Water restoration company looking for an experienced, hard-working, and motivated individual to fill this position. Not looking for subcontractor(s), must be employed as a W-2 employee.
Tasks
Overseeing reconstruction phase of residential homes including but not limited to, coordinating with subs, delivering materials to job site, inspections/final walkthroughs with client, client point of contact, working with insurance carriers on open claims.
Assign tasks and instruct subs in proper work methods and standards, set project timelines, insure adherence to time schedules and safe work practices.
Maintain written or electronic records of all projects.
Work alongside and assist water/mold crews when necessary.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs. and crawl in crawl spaces/attics.
Knowledge
Building and Construction - Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in the construction or repair of residential homes or other structures.
Customer and Home Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing exceptional customer and home services. This includes customer needs assessments, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Insurance Claims- Knowledge of general insurance claims process. Familiar with insurance language and contractor requirements throughout duration of claim.
IICRC- Knowledge of principles and processes for proper water mitigation and reconstruction defined by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration certification (IICRC). (Preferred)
