handyman needed by brooklyn landlord, part-time (brooklyn) compensation: $30. per hour with minimum handyman for mostly small plumbing repairs, plaster, sheetrock work , and painting to work for brooklyn landlord parttime. Moonlighting and Saturday work ok. You must be reliable, have tools, vehicle and desire to work.I do not play games, and neither should you.
