Overview

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating machinery and a strong understanding of mechanical systems. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient operation of equipment on various job sites, contributing to the successful completion of projects.

Duties

Operate various types of machinery including skid steer loaders, wheel loaders, spreader trucks, farm tractors for operation in an agriculture environment.

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Clean poultry houses in daily operation of equipment.

Transport materials using spreader trucks and other vehicles as necessary.

Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment on-site.

Experience

Proven experience operating heavy machinery such as skid steer loaders, wheel loaders, spreader trucks.

Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment effectively.

A valid commercial driving license is preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing job site environments.
