Compensation: $80K base + performance commissions + equity track

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, day shifts, on-call rotation, weekends as needed

Your Role
Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
Diagnose and repair commercial & residential plumbing systems with expertise.
Clearly explain diagnoses and solutions to customers, guiding informed decisions.
Maintain clear communication with dispatch, management, and installation teams.
Ensure your company truck is clean, organized, and inventory is up to date.
Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
Participate in the on-call rotation.
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold a clean driving record.
Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
What You Bring
Licensing: Journeyman level plumbing experience.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in residential and commercial service plumbing.
Sales Acumen: Proven track record of presenting solutions and closing sales.
Technical Skills: Proficient in water heater installation (tank and tankless), home repiping, fixture installation, drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, PEX or Wirsbo installation, and copper pipe soldering.
Work Ethic: Unmatched dedication, verified by references.
