Industrial Scaffold Builder

Job Overview: We are seeking a Scaffold Laborer to join our team in Carrollton, KY .

As a Scaffold Laborer, you will be responsible for constructing and dismantling scaffolding structures at construction sites. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work at heights. The ideal candidate will a minimum of 1-year general construction experience.

Duties:
Build and assemble scaffolding structures according to blueprints and specifications
Inspect scaffolding equipment for safety and functionality
Erect scaffolding using various materials such as steel, aluminum, or wood
Secure scaffolding to the building or structure using ropes, ties, or clamps
Ensure scaffolding is stable and secure before allowing workers to access it
Dismantle scaffolding at the end of the project or as directed by the supervisor
Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while working on scaffolding

Skills:
Strong knowledge of scaffold building techniques and procedures
Experience in frame carpentry, cabinet installation, stucco, glass installation, or concrete forming is highly desirable
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Proficiency in using tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and levels
Excellent physical stamina and the ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
