Job Description
Heavy Equipment Operator - Dozer (Mass Grading)
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Based on experience Weekly Pay
We are currently hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for Dozer operations on high-volume mass grading projects in the Las Vegas, NV area. We are looking for motivated, team-oriented individuals who are ready to contribute to fast-paced site development projects.
Responsibilities:
Operate dozers safely and efficiently for mass grading on active construction sites
Assist in ground operations when needed, including shovel work and labor support
Follow directions from supervisors to meet project timelines and safety expectations
Maintain and inspect equipment daily to ensure operational safety and efficiency
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience operating Dozers in mass grading or similar heavy equipment roles
OSHA 10 (Construction) certification is required within 15 days of hire
Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site
Must be willing to work in all conditions and assist with manual labor when required
Valid Driver's License required
Drivers Abstract (Past 3 years)
Preferred Qualifications:
OSHA 30 (Construction)
Experience operating:
Water Truck
Water Pull
Loader
Clark County Dust Certification (preferred but not required at time of hire)
Schedule :
Typical Start Time: 5:30 AM
Typical End Time: 4:00 PM
Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed
