Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Staging Associate to join their team. As a Staging Associate, you will be part of the production team supporting the assembly of luxury restroom trailers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Staging Associate

Location: Bristol, IN

Pay Range: Starting at $20/hr (compensation may vary based on experience)

Shift:

What's the Job?

• Stage and prep trailer components (walls, floors, plumbing, electrical, etc.) for final assembly
• Review build sheets, blueprints, and work orders to ensure all materials and parts are ready
• Move and organize materials within the shop to support efficient production flow
• Work with hand and power tools to make minor adjustments as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S practices

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or staging environment preferred
• Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and use a tape measure accurately
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Able to lift, move, and position materials safely
