HVAC Service Technician

Position: HVAC Service Technician

Location: Fayetteville, North Carolina
Pay: 18-30 hr. + bonuses & incentives
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, On Call Rotation

What You'll Be Doing:

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair HVAC systems (residential & light commercial)
• Perform seasonal maintenance and inspections
• Explain repairs and maintenance to customers with clarity and honesty
• Maintain detailed records through our field service app
• Represent our brand with professionalism and pride

What You Bring:

• HVAC certification or equivalent field experience (2+ years preferred)
• EPA 608 Certification (or willing to obtain)
• Problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude
• A clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
