TLC is seeking experienced pipelayer laborers who can install sewer, storm, and water mainline utilities. We are looking for individuals who are safe, skilled, productive, and take pride in their work. This is a safety sensitive position.

Qualifications include:
2 years minimum of experience with heavy civil underground utilities.
Be team oriented and willing to be an asset to crew operations.
Have knowledge regarding grades, slopes, compaction, and drainage.
Have knowledge of underground sewer, storm, water piping, and other miscellaneous related water service items.
Experience with pipe Laser technology for accurate pipe alignment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Knowledge of utility locating techniques to avoid damaging existing infrastructure
Basic understanding of concrete finishing techniques for pipe blocking and bedding
Proficient in operating heavy equipment, including excavators, skids steers, and loaders.
Proven experience in pipelaying or related construction fields.
Have good problem-solving skills
Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
Be able to lift up to 60 lbs.

Field labor as needed
Install and repair underground pipelines for water, sewer, and storm drainage systems
Excavate and backfill trenches using heavy equipment such as excavators and loaders
Lay and align pipes according to blueprints and specifications
Connect pipes using various methods
Test pipelines for leaks and ensure proper functioning
Backfill trenches and compact soil to restore the surface
