Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join our team, delivering comprehensive construction solutions across the full project lifecyclefrom design/build and field installation to training and long-term maintenance. This role involves managing project estimation and overseeing construction management for various projects, including industrial, commercial, and automotive construction. Responsibilities
- Estimate project costs and develop bids for construction projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.
- Read and interpret project plans and specifications accurately.
- Use estimating software such as Accubid and Procore to streamline project estimations.
- Oversee construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress and research results.
- Identify, understand, and meet project schedule deliverables.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical Project Management and Estimating.
- Bachelors Degree required if experience is less than 10 years.
- Proficiency in Estimating software such as Accubid and Procore.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in Project Management for Industrial, Commercial, and Automotive construction projects.
- Experience with construction management for electrical, mechanical, and MEP projects.
- Experience with blueprint reading and preconstruction processes.
- Ability to operate office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy/scanning machine, and printer.
