Job Description
Overview:
Goldie Associates is seeking an experienced, Full time Engineering Project Manager to work in our Seneca, SC office.
The mission of the Engineering Project Manager is to utilize their existing skillset and knowledge to manage various engineering projects involving site development, water and sewer design, stormwater management, water and wastewater treatment design, among others. The primary role of the Engineering Project Manager will be to consult with clients and work with the in-house team to complete projects.
Responsibilities
Ensure engineering projects are completed on schedule and within budget
Create scope of services for new projects and identify the need for, create, and issue change orders for existing projects, as needed
Identify new project opportunities during site visits or conversations with clients
Direct and manage engineering projects from inception to completion
Act as the primary point of contact for engineering clients
Clear communication with clients and the team to manage expectations and address concerns, convey goals, timelines and updates
Motivating and guiding the project team including delegation and conflict resolution
Education and Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field; and at least four years of experience working in engineering and at least five years working in project management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
