In Depth knowledge of masonry practices, including brick and stone settings, concrete pouring and finishing, and mixing mortars for restoration purposes.
Proficient with various scaffolding and access platforms.
Comfortable working at elevated heights.
Well-versed in safety protocols specific to the industry, including adherence to OSHA regulations.
Problem-solving aptitude for addressing on-site challenges.
Competence in estimating the material and labor costs associated with masonry tasks.
Physical endurance to meet the rigorous demands of construction work.
Precision in measuring and cutting materials.
Eagerness to acquire new skills and stay abreast of technological advancements and trends in the field.

Duties:
- Cutting and Pointing old and new masonry
- Stone repairs and replacement
- Lintel Replacement and associated flashing
- Sheet Metal skills a benefit
- Lay bricks in a variety of patterns to construct walls, arches, and other structures
- Mix mortar or other adhesives to secure bricks in place
- Cut or shape bricks using hand tools or power tools
- Repair or replace damaged bricks or structures
- Concrete Repairs
- Deck Coatings
- Follow blueprints or specifications to ensure accurate construction
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time and within budget
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or construction plans
- Strong attention to detail and precision in bricklaying techniques
- Strong skills and knowledge of caulking and sealant installation
