Were hiring skilled painters to join our team immediately through September 5th for residential interior and exterior painting projects. This role is central to our successand we're looking for professionals who are ready to make an impact right away.

What Were Looking For:

Previous painting experience (interior and/or exterior, preferably residential) with a strong understanding of surface prep, painting techniques, and finish quality

Commitment to excellent workmanship and a professional jobsite presentation

Efficiency, organization, and strong time management skills

Ability to work in small crews or take the lead when needed

Physically fit, comfortable working at heights, and willing to work outdoors

Openness to learning while bringing confidence in your current skills

What You Can Expect:

Competitive pay: Starting at $21/hour piece rate, with high-performing painters earning upwards of $35-$40 an hour with the piece rate system

Bonuses: Up to $2,000 available for exceptional performance

Consistent weekday hours: MondayFriday, 8:00 am 4:30 pm

Evenings and weekends off

Job Responsibilities:

Complete interior and exterior painting projects to a high standard

Perform thorough surface preparation: scraping, sanding, caulking, wood filler application, and glazing

Apply coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite

Follow all WorkSafe practices and company safety guidelines

Assist with jobsite planning, budget tracking, and on-time project completion

Maintain equipment and tools in good condition

Requirements:

Minimum 12 seasons of residential painting experience preferred

Comfortable working on ladders (840 ft) and rooftops; fall protection training provided

Reliable transportation (vehicle strongly recommended)

Physically capable of lifting ladders and standing for extended periods
