Note: The hourly rate for this position is $30 - $35 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Complete punch list items including trim work, cabinetry adjustments, door and hardware installation, shelving, baseboards, and other finish carpentry tasks.
• Perform minor repairs and touch-ups to achieve final project completion standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications.
• Collaborate with site supervisors, project managers, and other trades to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Use appropriate tools and materials to ensure high-quality finishes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of commercial finish carpentry experience.
• Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and installation methods for commercial projects.
• Ability to work independently and follow punch list directives.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• OSHA-10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and basic hand/power tools.
