Job Title: Production Welder
Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Production Welders on first shift to join our team. This role involves performing repair welds on parts missed by robotic welders, ensuring production numbers are met, and delivering quality parts. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a manufacturing environment and is proficient in MIG welding.
Responsibilities
Perform repair welds on parts missed by robotic welders.
Set up jigs and fixtures by making adjustments to ensure accurate production.
Operate equipment efficiently to meet production standards.
Use necessary measuring tools to ensure required quality standards.
Keep all required records and maintain a clean work area.
Follow all verbal and written instructions for die and equipment operation.
Perform fixture set-ups, buffing, spot welding, MIG welding, loading jigs, packing, deburring, sorting, and reworking parts.
Read blueprints to ensure accurate production.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in MIG welding.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in a welding capacity, either in farming or manufacturing.
Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with machine loading is a plus.
Strong attendance and punctuality.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
