Join our Team: We are currently seeking a dedicated Super or Assistant Superintendent to join our team in Watertown. This role is pivotal in managing projects, supporting operations, and fostering a positive work environment. A highly qualified candidate would be hired as a Superintendent.

Position: Assistant Superintendent

Location: Watertown, MA (Field and Office)

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project managers to plan projects, including logistics, procurement schedules, and general conditions study.
Supervise job sites, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
Assist with change orders, take-offs, and budget management during construction phases.
Organize and maintain job sites, manage tools and equipment, and oversee shop and inventory organization.
Check in deliveries to job sites and coordinate transportation of equipment and materials.
Pick up materials and orders from various retailers as required.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in construction management, estimating, carpentry, or related trades (preferably in residential construction).
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is beneficial.
Ability to read construction plans.
Familiarity with take-off and estimating software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and ability to transport equipment and materials to and from job sites.
Associate's or Bachelor's degrees in Project Management or related fields are advantageous but not required; construction experience will be prioritized.
