Role OverviewWere seeking a skilled Landscape Construction Foreperson to lead a crew in building exceptional outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate is not just a builder, but a craftsman someone with the ability to execute detailed stonework and fine carpentry with precision and pride. Youll work hands-on while managing team members to deliver high-end residential landscape projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and work alongside crew on construction projects
* Build and install:
* Hand-laid stone walls, patios, steps, and masonry features
* Boulder walls and feature stones
* Plant material, grading, and finish excavation
* Custom carpentry elements
* Operate machinery (skid steers, excavators) and haul trailers
* Perform pruning, horticultural care, and site prep/cleanup
Preferred Qualifications
* Degree in horticulture, design, architecture, or landscape architecture
* Proven experience in design/build landscape construction
* Strong stonework and horticulture skills
* Demonstrated craftsmanship in both detailed stonework and fine carpentry
* CDL-A license (or willingness to obtain)
* Equipment operation experience (skid steer, excavator)
* Ability to perform heavy manual labor in various conditions
Pay & Benefits
* Highly qualified candidates: $35$40/hour ($65K$100K/year)
* Paid time off
* Benefits available after several months of employment
* Pay commensurate with skills and experience we also welcome less-experienced candidates who are eager to learn (crew positions available)
Schedule
* 810 hour shifts
* Full-time, year-round (seasonal winter hours)
Requirements
* Ability to commute to or relocate to New London, NH before starting work
* Must pass drug and alcohol testing (zero-tolerance policy)
