Electrical Engineer
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing comprehensive electrical systems and ensuring adherence to NEC building codes. The role involves quality assurance/quality control design, managing RFIs, and construction administration.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electrical systems in compliance with NEC building codes.
  • Perform quality assurance and quality control on design projects.
  • Manage Requests for Information (RFI) and construction administration.
  • Create detailed electrical design and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Conduct lighting calculations and integrate them into project designs.
  • Collaborate with project management to ensure timely completion of projects.
Essential Skills
  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Experience in building design projects.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Expertise in electrical design and lighting calculations.
Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sterling, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
