Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to support a general contractor construction company specializing in commercial fit-outs. The successful candidate will manage multiple construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage 4-8 construction projects simultaneously.
• Ensure projects are of high quality, delivered on schedule, and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients/owners and internal teams.
• Oversee project budgets and scheduling.
• Select and manage subcontractors.
• Collaborate with superintendents to manage day-to-day project activities.

Essential Skills

• 3 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or 5+ years as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Strong scheduling and project planning skills.
• Experience in negotiating and managing subcontractors.
• Proficiency in handling quick turnaround projects.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Background in general contracting.
• Experience with commercial, renovations, and fit-out projects.
• Capability to manage 5+ projects concurrently, including preconstruction and project engineering.
• Familiarity with construction documentation.

Work Environment

The role requires both office and on-site presence as needed, with one remote workday available after 90 days. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

$8,060 car allowance
