- Assist in design development by conceptualizing layouts, determining spatial and functional requirements, and preparing design specifications.
- Create scaled drawings and detailed 3D models using Autodesk Revit, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and renderings for presentations and construction documentation.
- Participate in construction administration by reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and issuing ASIs during the construction phase.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design accuracy and integration across disciplines.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience in construction documentation, detailing, and design.
- Ability to interface with clients and participate in meetings.
- Strong detailing skills.
- Degree from an accredited Architecture or Architectural Drafting Program.
- 5-7 years of professional experience.
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop, Word, and Excel.
- Knowledge of building codes and other design codes preferred.
- Demonstrated sketching ability.
- Strong presentation skills.
