Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Operations Manager to oversee and streamline day-to-day operations across our fabrication and installation departments. Based in Sheridan, CO, this role is responsible for managing production schedules, supervising team leads, improving workflow processes, and ensuring top-tier customer service. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of fabrication, warehouse, and installation teams
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and logistics to ensure project timelines are met
- Track KPIs and implement systems for operational efficiency and quality control
- Foster strong communication and collaboration across teams and with clients
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partner contractors
- Ensure safety and compliance across job sites and facilities
- Maintain inventory, order materials, and manage budgets
- Report on operational performance and assist with strategic growth planning
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations or management, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or trades
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience managing schedules, budgets, and multi-step workflows
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Familiarity with stone fabrication or installation is a plus
- Proficient in project management and operations software
- Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, Construction Management, or related field preferred
