Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspections and accurately assess damage from fire, water, and other events.
• Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates for restoration projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and insurance adjusters to ensure project scope is clearly defined and aligned with company and client expectations.
• Utilize industry-standard estimating software to create comprehensive and compliant estimates.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all estimates are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Uphold a high level of professionalism and clear communication throughout the entire process.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Restoration Estimator.
• Must have a background within the restoration and general contracting industry is required.
• Familiarity with services such as concrete restoration, painting, waterproofing, and general interior remodeling.
• Ability to work fully on-site and cover a service area from Palm Beach County to Miami-Dade County.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening as part of a drug-free workplace policy.
