Job Title: Weekend Packout Associates
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Weekend Packout Associates responsible for the accurate and efficient packaging, labeling, and preparation of products for shipment or further distribution. This role is crucial in ensuring products meet quality standards and adhere to company and customer specifications. You will work in the backend of the Finishing area department, collaborating closely with Finishing Associates engaged in machine operations.
Responsibilities
Accurately and efficiently package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.
Collaborate with Finishing Associates on machine operating tasks.
Perform quality checks and maintain detailed records.
Work efficiently to meet production deadlines.
Essential Skills
Experience with machine operation and manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in inspection and quality control.
Familiarity with packaging operations and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to measure accurately using a tape measure.
Strong attention to detail and paperwork management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a press room or with printing presses.
Mechanically inclined with a strong understanding of bindery operations.
Capability to work at an efficient pace.

Work Environment
Join our weekend shift working Friday through Sunday from 5 AM to 5 PM, with training provided Monday to Thursday from 5 AM to 3:30 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
