Job Description

Join Olssons Federal Engineering and Design Team as a Project Civil Engineer, where youll contribute to federal infrastructure projects including military bases, VA campuses, and other government facilities. Youll be part of a high-performing team that delivers site/civil solutions aligned with federal standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead civil design efforts for federal projects, including grading, drainage, utilities, and site layout.

  • Prepare planning and design documents, specifications, and cost estimates.

  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated project delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with UFC, DoD, and other federal design standards.

  • Support proposal development and participate in federal RFP responses.

  • Engage with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering.

  • PE license required.

  • 6+ years of experience in civil/site design, preferably with federal clients.

  • Proficiency in Civil 3D and other design software.

  • Familiarity with DoD or VA design standards and processes.

  • Strong communication and project coordination skills.
