- Oversee and manage on-site construction activities while actively engaging in carpentry work.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, labor, and materials on the construction site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project plans.
- Perform carpentry tasks, including framing, installation/repairs, miscellaneous metal work, finishing, and repairs.
- Collaborate with the project manager to achieve project goals within the specified timeline.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on the construction site and participate in safety initiatives.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the construction team on-site.
- Proven experience as a construction site supervisor with hands-on carpentry skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Proficient in carpentry tasks, including framing, PEMB, light gauge metal framing, finishing, and repairs.
- Ability to lead and coordinate on-site construction activities effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Basic understanding of project management principles.
- Relevant certifications in carpentry or construction supervision are a plus.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a dynamic construction environment.
This position requires 100% travel to various construction sites nationwide.
