What You'll Do

Estimate exterior construction projects for multifamily buildings (roofing, siding, windows, gutters) Review blueprints, conduct site visits, and utilize satellite tech for takeoffsWrite detailed scopes of work and proposals that win bids Collaborate with our Business Development team to strategize and close salesCommunicate with vendors, subcontractors, engineers, and property managersUse tools like MarketSharp, HubSpot, and Google Docs to track project detailsContinuously refine estimating processes to improve efficiency and outcomes

What You Bring

Proven experience in commercial estimating, preferably roofing or exterior envelope projects Strong understanding of multifamily construction and bid specs Sales-minded with excellent negotiation and closing skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and contract documentsTech-savvy: comfortable with CRM platforms and estimating softwareExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license and clean driving record
