Seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Construction Project Manager for healthcare projects. Based in Kansas City, this role requires travel to jobsite locations and company offices.
$120K-$140K, based on experience

Responsibilities:
Manage self-performing mechanical construction projects (e.g., HVAC, plumbing), including in-house field staff, subcontractor performance, vendor compliance, and adherence to contracts, budgets, safety, and legal standards.
Oversee project coordination, scheduling, and on-site construction activities, ensuring high-quality mechanical work.
Monitor project accounting, profitability, and timely completion (adjusting for schedules as needed).
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, and internal teams.
Lead team members according to company leadership principles for efficient project delivery.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in construction/mechanical engineering or 5+ years of mechanical field trade experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Mechanical Construction Project Manager on projects, directly overseeing mechanical work (e.g., HVAC, plumbing).
Specific experience in healthcare construction projects (e.g., hospitals, clinics) required.
Strong communication skills (verbal/written) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
Must pass criminal background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check; valid driver's license required.
Ability to travel to jobsites and company offices.
