At Nolan Bell Design Studio we take pride in working on exceptional residential and boutique hospitality projects throughout Texas and beyond. We are currently looking for skilled architectural and interior designers with a minimum of three years of professional experience to join our team and contribute to our diverse range of projects. Our work is rooted in creating spaces that respond to their surroundings and enhance the human experience through craft, authenticity, and a commitment to thoughtfully conceived design solutions.
Skills & Education Required
We are seeking candidates with a strong foundation in architectural and interior design practice, including design, documentation, detailing, building materials, building codes, and construction technologies. Applicants should demonstrate design excellence, technical proficiency, and creative problem-solving, along with exceptional verbal, written, and graphic communication skills. A positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and enthusiasm for teamwork are essential for thriving in our close-knit design studio. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and have at least 3-5 years of experience preparing construction documents for single-family residential and/or commercial projects. Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is required. We value self-directed professionals who exercise sound judgment, maintain exceptional attention to detail, and can efficiently manage time across multiple projects while staying highly organized.
