If you know someone looking for a job, we have an immediate full-time position open for a Laborer at Hardline Contracting. Full Healthcare (Medical, Dental, Vision), Paid Holidays, 401K with Match, PTO. REQUIREMENTS: Must be willing to wake up on work days, show up to work, and need to be on time (preferably for every shift). Need to be willing to work more than one or two days a week for a minimum of 8 hour days (prefer a minimum of 40 hours a week). Needs to understand that paychecks are given in exchange for actually working and performing physical productive labor. Unfortunately we are unable to pay individuals with zero experience $200k a day even tho they believe they are worth much more than that. Must be able to pass a drug test with ongoing random drug test (meaning you cannot be on illegal drugs). We would prefer if the individual was willing to actually show up on their first day after we offer them the position and they accept it and we pay for their safety equipment, background checks and uniforms to get them ready to start. Must be able to differentiate between hand tools and a cell phone. This seems to be confusing for some as they spend most of the day with their phone in their hand vs the tools to do the job then question why they were unable to get anything done.
